Thanks to our capability to supply complex parts as a contract manufacturer, we serve the most diverse engineering fields, including the hi-tech ones, in Italy and abroad.

The Mechanical Machining can be performed on the welded steel fabrications made in our dedicated workshop, or on other sourced parts such as forged blanks, rolled products, castings or extrusions, weighing from 10 Kg to 100 Tons.

The raw materials can be of any type, including Carbon, Alloy, Stainless or Tool Steels, but also cast iron, aluminium and bronze. The wide network of suppliers of raw materials and surface/heat treatments allows to grant the option of direct procurement with the quality standards required by the project, or to machine the blanks given by the customers.

 

The contract building and assembly of machines relies on our long expertise in project management: we are able to manage the whole process of material procurement, production, assembly and testing of any machinery for the heavy industry, geared power transmissions, parts of machine, sub-assemblies and technological equipment, meeting the timing and quality standards even in complex projects.
